Before entering any data in CAESAR-II, the units of the Input data to be determined.
There are two types of units
- Internal Units (units software is set in)
- User Units (Units of User input data)
Item Description:
- Length (cm) – To determine the length of pipe
- Force (N) – A cause of motion or change
- Mass Dynamics (Kg) – Mass
- Moment (N.m) – is a measure of its tendency to cause a body to rotate about a specific point or axis
- Stress (K.pa)- Load per unit area
- Temp (Deg C)
- Pressure (psig)
- Elastic Modulus =(Kpa) -Stress/Strain
